    • Tip 1: It’s important that you start the soft diet 2 days before the treatment, only take day prior.
    • Tip 2: Make sure that you take all the laxatives as told by the doctor and intake of these might make you have a cramp-like feeling. The laxatives are best to push away the content from the intestine, which makes the bowel empty. The next morning, your stomach will be cleared.
    • Tip 3: Make sure to take as much liquid as you can to keep yourself hydrated.
    • Tip 4: Before the treatment, do not take anything for at least 4 hours. As you need to get anesthesia or sedation, which might lead to side effects. In case, the bowel is not cleared then it’s better to tell the nurse, so that you are given enema.
